I have extensive experience partnering with organisations to define and amplify the impact of leaders' actions on themselves and others. By collaborating closely with leadership teams, I help identify and nurture their strengths while strategically addressing their developmental goals.

I am a fan of the "leadership shadow" principle: what leaders choose to do, say, recognise, and prioritise sets the tone for their entire organisation. I have seen this concept resonate clearly and help leaders take control of their day-to-day interactions. Case study

From 2018- 2022 I led an end-to-end leadership and learning transformation for an Australian Financial organisation by designing and delivering quality learning initiatives spanning leadership, coaching, onboarding, and enterprise-wide learning. I was responsible for the development and implementation of an organisational Leadership Capability Framework, strategically embedding it through key projects such as bespoke 360 Leadership assessments, Leadership Excellence Every Day, and a Leadership talent pathway. I was a team leader and mentor for a small group of emerging learning administrators.

Success of the Learning and Leadership portfolio was measured in significant year on year improvements in engagement data and people metrics.
